Apartment 1 is a lovely two-bedroom unit, fully furnished with linens, kitchen appliances and utensils, and basically everything you need except your food, phone, clothes and laptop. Utilities are included, parking on site, and free laundry on premises. Hardwood floors througout (tile in remodeled bathroom). A well cared for apartment that's both comfortable and classy!
The monthly rental rate for winter rentals and for leases of 1 year or more is: $1900/month. Want a longer lease? We will reduce the rate for leases of 2 or more years!
We require a security deposit plus a non-refundable cleaning fee of $400, and inexpensive renters insurance which protects you, the tenant, and can provide you with housing in the event of a natural disaster or other covered event.

Apartment 2
Apartment 2 is a beautiful, spacious, classy two-bedroom unit, fully furnished with linens, kitchen appliances and utensils, and basically everything you need except your food, phone, clothes and laptop. Some furniture is brand new, including the LR couch and chair. There are hardwood floors througout except for the kitchen and bathroom. Nice light fixtures, plenty of ceiling fans. Utilities are included, parking on site and free laundry in basement.
Oh...did I mention that there's a large, private back deck? Yes!!! Who doesn't love outdoor space for entertaining or just relaxing after a long day?
