Apartment 1 is an 800 sq ft. two-bedroom, fully furnished apartment with linens, kitchen appliances and utensils, and basically everything you need except your food, phone, clothes and laptop.
LR, hall and 2 BR's all have refinished hardwood floors, new paint, updates in kitchen and bathroom. It's a huge overhaul! You'll be pleased. (Carpet was just removed August 2019 - new photos will be available soon).
Each bedroom has a full or queen sized bed, dresser, desk and closet and 2 windows.
The LR has a new reclining couch, coffee and end tables, chair, decorative fireplace, desk, lamps.
The kitchen was also remodeled. It is large and has a dishwasher and disposal plus all appliances, dishes, glassware, table and chairs.
There is a spacious driveway and beautifully landscaped back yard with lots of flowers and plants.
The monthly rental rate for leases of 1 year or longer is: $1650/month. (All utilities and wifi are included in the rent except electric, which tenant pays). Shorter terms are negotiable with higher rental rates.
We require a security deposit, cleaning fee, and inexpensive renters insurance (about $12/month shared 50/50 by 2 roommates. Renters insurance protects you, the tenant, and can provide you with housing in the event of a natural disaster or other covered event.

Situated on the top floor, you have a great view as well as a nice, quiet apartment. There are beautiful hardwood floors, new countertops, tile in the bathroom and kitchen, and everything is clean, fresh and light!
